Crews of prospectors chase a season's gold target, measured in troy ounces, across the Western Australian goldfields with metal detectors, sluices and dry blowers. Season three was filmed around Kalgoorlie with the Dirt Dogs, the Gold Gypsies, Ted and Lecky Mahoney and solo prospector Rick Fisher, after the show became Discovery Channel's number one program in 2017.
