The series goes to the front line of Australia's busiest consular posts, where diplomats help Australians in trouble overseas. Season three moved to Bali, with cases including two teenage brothers abandoned by their parents, a mother caught up in a hotel raid and a truck driver who ran up debts across the island. Steve was Field Producer on the Nine series.
